You'll enjoy hotel-quality sheets, pillows, and comforters on every bed. Extra blankets and pillows are also available in some bedroom closets.
Yes — one of the upstairs bedrooms includes a desk setup with a monitor and docking station. Just plug your laptop in and decide to work hard or hardly work. We do not judge anyone here.
No illegal substances are allowed on the property. Any violation may result in cancellation of your remaining stay and potential reporting.
We have ice trays in the freezer for your use. If you need more, the nearby gas station sells ice as well.
Before you check out, please remove all perishable items, take out the trash (bins are outside the garage), load and start the dishwasher, leave beds unmade, place used towels in the laundry baskets on each floor, set A/C to 74°F or heat to 68°F, turn off lights and electronics, lock all doors and windows, and return the home to its original condition to avoid extra fees.
Yes! We include dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponges, paper towels, and basic surface cleaners.
Yes, the living room has a gas fireplace, and the backyard features a fire pit. Please use them responsibly and follow local burn rules. Firewood is not provided, but if you find any, feel free to use it.
Yes, the home has central A/C and heating throughout, so you can adjust the temperature to your comfort.
Yes! You’ll find board games and some outdoor games in the living area or coat closet.
Violations may result in a minimum $250 deep cleaning fee, cancellation of your remaining stay, and/or being reported to the booking platform.
Indeed, a washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor in the passageway closet. Additionally, detergent and dryer sheets are available for your convenience.
Yes, we offer a drip coffee maker, filters, and ground coffee. In fact, we source our coffee from a local vendor to support small businesses in the town. The kitchen also has mugs, a kettle, and tea options.
The kitchen includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, baking sheets, serving dishes, wine glasses, utensils, and pantry basics like oil, salt, pepper, and spices.
Yes — there is a full set including bed sheets, a pillow, and a blanket, all bundled together in a package inside the closet where the sleeper sofa is located.
